Product Introduction
The Zhuozhongzhizhong brand TGP-510 waterproof coating for roads and bridges is a new type of environmentally friendly water-based asphalt waterproof coating made from high-quality polymer as the base material, using various polymer emulsions as composite modifiers, and formulated through scientific methods. It has advantages such as high elongation after film formation, high bonding strength, good crack resistance, and good performance at high and low temperatures.

1. Cold construction operation, very convenient: Since the product is a water-based coating, it does not require heating during use, does not produce harmful volatile gases, is harmless to the human body, and does not pollute the environment, making it an environmentally friendly product.
2. Easy construction and repair, low product viscosity, good permeability to the substrate, can be sprayed or brushed.
3. High temperature resistance greater than 140°C, good high-temperature shear resistance, can withstand the thermal shock of asphalt concrete during paving without bubbling.

Construction Method
1. Substrate Treatment: The substrate must be firm and solid, with a smooth, dry surface, free of sand, floating slurry, and obvious water stains. The corners should be rounded. Thoroughly remove debris, dust, and oil stains before applying the coating.
2. Coating Waterproof Layer Construction: Use spraying or rolling methods for construction, and apply in layers, preferably completing 2 to 3 coats. The last coat should be applied in a direction perpendicular to the previous coat after it has cured and formed a film. The general interval time is 2 to 3 hours (depending on the ambient temperature).
3. Dosage: The usage for a 1mm thick coating is approximately 1.8 to 2.0 Kg/㎡ (Note: This data is calculated under standard testing conditions for reference only; actual usage needs to be calculated based on the site substrate conditions).
Precautions
1. Construction is not allowed on rainy days or if it has rained within the last 24 hours, or if there is standing water on the bridge surface.
2. The concrete strength of the bridge deck must reach at least 70% of the design strength before waterproof layer construction can proceed.
3. It is recommended to wait 48 hours after complete curing of the film before paving asphalt concrete.
4. It is not allowed to spray bonding oil on top of the already sprayed waterproof layer.
5. After construction, please avoid human foot traffic and vehicle passage.
6. Waterproofing for bridge expansion joints, crash wall expansion joints, bridge drainage outlets, etc., should be handled separately according to the bridge structure waterproof design.
7. Please store this product in a cool, dry, and ventilated place. The storage period is 6 months (if it exceeds the period and passes inspection, it can still be used normally).
