Product Introduction

     Zhuozhongzhizhong brand TGP-511 acrylic elastic waterproof coating is made from modified polymer emulsion such as acrylic latex as the base material, adding various additives through scientific processing to create an elastic, environmentally friendly high polymer waterproof coating.

Scope of Application

1. Used for waterproofing, seepage prevention, and moisture-proofing in construction projects such as roofs, basements, bathrooms, kitchens, tunnels, bridges, and pipe corridors.
2. Can also be used as one layer in multiple waterproofing layers.

Construction Method

1. Substrate Treatment: The surface of the substrate should be clean, flat, solid, and free of standing water, with rounded corners.
2. Coating Application: Use a scraper or roller to evenly apply the coating on the substrate, the coating should be applied in layers, with the direction of the last coat perpendicular to the previous coat. Apply in 2-3 layers, with a surface drying time of about 3 hours at room temperature, specifically when it is not sticky to hands or feet.
3. Reinforcement Treatment: Strengthening treatment of the coating can be done using fiberglass cloth or non-woven fabric for reinforcement.
4. Protective Layer: After the waterproof membrane has passed inspection, a protective layer should be constructed according to design requirements.
5. Reference Usage: For every 1.0mm thickness, the usage is 2.0 ~ 2.2kg/㎡. (Actual usage depends on substrate conditions and coating thickness)

Precautions

1. Construction temperature 5°C-35°C, do not construct on rainy days or when there is standing water on the substrate.

2. Extend drying time in humid environments.

3. The coating must be completely dry before conducting water tightness tests; after passing inspection, construct the protective isolation layer according to design requirements.

4. Materials should be sealed and stored in a cool, dry place, avoiding exposure to sunlight and rain.

5. Under normal transportation and storage conditions, the storage period is 6 months (if expired, can still be used normally after passing inspection).

6. Packaging barrels should not be stacked more than 4 layers.

7. Packaging specification is 20kg/barrel.
