Product Introduction
Zhuozhongzhizhong brand TGP-505 polymer cement waterproof coating (two-component) is made from the latest room temperature rapid cross-linking technology, using elastic acrylic copolymer emulsion mixed with various polymer additives. It can be used by mixing with powder materials in a certain proportion during construction. This waterproof coating has excellent impermeability, crack resistance, durability, and acid and alkali resistance. The product is non-toxic, has no environmental pollution, and is easy to construct, making it a new generation of environmentally friendly waterproof coating.

Construction Method
1. Substrate Treatment: The surface of the substrate should be flat, solid, free of honeycomb, rough surfaces, dust, oil stains, and other surface attachments. The corners should be rounded, and any defects in the substrate should be repaired before construction to meet waterproofing requirements.
2. Preparation of Waterproof Coating: (Type II) mix emulsion: powder = 1:1.5 / (Type III) mix emulsion: powder = 1:2 by weight.
3. Application of Waterproof Coating: Apply the prepared coating in thin layers multiple times, with a total thickness meeting waterproof design requirements. Each layer should be brushed with an interval of about 1-2 hours (specific adjustments should be made according to weather and environmental conditions, aiming for a non-sticky state). The direction of the last layer should be perpendicular to the previous layer.
4. Reinforcement Treatment: If reinforcement of the waterproof layer is needed, non-woven fabric or alkali-resistant fiberglass cloth can be used as the reinforcement.
5. Reference Usage: For every 1.0mm thick emulsion, the usage is 1.0-1.5kg/㎡.
Precautions
1. Ingredients should be strictly mixed according to the ratio, stirred evenly, with a stirring time of no less than 5 minutes. Manual stirring and adding water are prohibited.
2. The emulsion should be stored sealed at 5℃-40℃, with a storage period of 12 months (can still be used normally if tested and qualified after expiration).
3. This product is not recommended for use in projects that involve sticking decorative tiles or stones on vertical surfaces; professional bonding materials should be used for such projects.
