Product Introduction
This product is a polymer modified asphalt waterproof coating made from asphalt as the main raw material, using water as the dispersing medium, and modifying and emulsifying asphalt with polymers such as SBS or APP. After curing at room temperature, it can form a seamless, elastic waterproof membrane on the substrate. Construction Method
1. Substrate Treatment: The surface of the substrate should be flat, solid, free of honeycombs, rough surfaces, dust, oil stains, and other surface attachments. The corners should be rounded, and any defects in the substrate should be repaired before construction to meet waterproofing requirements.
2. Evenly brush the coating material on the substrate surface. During brushing, there should be no accumulation or missed spots; apply in small amounts multiple times to ensure uniform coating thickness. After the first coat is applied, the curing time should be more than five hours (specifically until it is not sticky to the hand or foot) before proceeding to the second coat, and so on, until the required design thickness is achieved.
3. Reinforcement Treatment: If the waterproof layer needs reinforcement, non-woven fabric or alkali-resistant fiberglass cloth can be used as the reinforcement.
4. Usage: The usage for a 1mm thick coating is approximately 2.0~2.2kg/㎡ (Note: This data is calculated under standard testing conditions for reference only; actual usage needs to be calculated based on the site substrate conditions).
Precautions
1. The substrate should reach a certain strength (not less than 0.3MPa) before construction.
2. The coating should be fully stirred evenly before use.
