immediate consultationDetailed description
Product Introduction
TGP-508 environmentally friendly two-component polyurethane waterproof coating is a two-component curing reaction type waterproof coating. Component A is a polyurethane prepolymer made from polyether resin and diisocyanate through a polymerization reaction; Component B is refined from various additives such as curing agents, catalysts, and resins. Components A and B are mixed in a certain proportion and stirred evenly, then applied to the substrate. After curing, it forms a tough, flexible, and seamless rubber waterproof membrane.
Product Features
1. Liquid application, room temperature curing, easy to operate, short construction period.
2. Strong adhesion, good extensibility, high tensile strength, dense coating, no bubbles, no pinholes.
3. High solid content, stable performance, good weather resistance, reliable waterproof performance.
4. Good environmental performance, free of benzene solvents, no coal tar components, no pollution to the environment and human body.
5. Cost-saving, long usable time after mixing, no waste.
6. Good leveling ability, strong resistance to substrate deformation, can overcome leakage caused by shrinkage and cracking.
7. Can be applied on substrates with a moisture content of less than 10%.
8. Easy to repair, only local repair is needed for damaged areas, saving time, effort, and costs.
Scope of Application
1. Used for waterproofing, seepage prevention, and moisture-proofing in construction projects such as roofs, basements, bathrooms, kitchens, tunnels, subways, and pipe corridors.
2. Can also be used as one layer in multiple waterproofing layers.
Construction Method
1. The substrate must be clean, solid, and flat, free of oil stains and debris, with rounded corners.
2. Components A and B should be strictly mixed evenly according to a certain weight ratio before use.
3. Use a rubber scraper to evenly apply the coating on the substrate, with the direction of the last application perpendicular to the previous one, and the total thickness should meet design requirements.
4. The surface drying time of the coating is about 12 hours at room temperature, and the time interval between each application should be based on when the previous coating is not tacky.
5. Reference usage: 2.1 kg/㎡ for a film thickness of 1.5 mm, 2.8 kg/㎡ for a film thickness of 2 mm.
Main Technical Index: GB/T 19250-2013

Precautions
1. Use the coating within 60 minutes after mixing; any unused Component A should be sealed immediately to prevent moisture curing.
2. The waterproof coating should be protected during and after construction to prevent human damage.
3. The coating should be stored sealed in a cool, dry place, protected from sunlight and rain, with a storage period of 12 months, and stacked no more than four layers.
4. If there is sediment in Component B, it should be stirred evenly before use.
5. If the viscosity is too high, a suitable amount of polyurethane thinner can be added, but no other thinners should be added arbitrarily.
6. Packaging specification is 27 kg/set.
