Construction Method
1. Substrate Treatment: The surface of the substrate should be clean, flat, solid, and free of standing water, with rounded corners.
2. Coating Application: Use a scraper or roller to evenly apply the coating on the substrate. The coating should be applied in layers, with the direction of the last coat perpendicular to the previous coat. Apply in 2-3 layers, with a surface drying time of about 3 hours at room temperature, specifically when it is not sticky to hands or feet.
3. Reinforcement Treatment: Strengthening treatment of the coating can be done using fiberglass cloth or non-woven fabric for reinforcement.
4. Protective Layer: After the waterproof coating layer passes inspection, a protective layer should be constructed according to design requirements.
5. Reference Usage: For every 1.0mm thickness, the usage is 1.8 ~ 2.2kg/㎡. (Actual usage depends on the substrate condition and coating thickness)
Precautions
1. Materials should be sealed and stored in a cool, dry place, avoiding exposure to sunlight and rain.
2. The drying time of the coating should be appropriately extended in humid environments.
3. The coating must be completely dry before conducting water tightness tests. After passing inspection, construct the protective isolation layer according to design requirements.
4. Under normal transportation and storage conditions, the storage period is 6 months (if expired, it can still be used normally after passing inspection).
5. Packaging barrels should not be stacked more than 4 layers.
6. Packaging specification is 20kg/barrel.
