Product Introduction
Zhuozhongzhizhong® G202 single-component polyurethane waterproof coating (environmentally friendly) is made from isocyanate and polyether polyol as the main raw materials, combined with various additives and fillers through polymerization reaction. When used, it is coated on the waterproof substrate, and a chemical reaction occurs when the -NCO end groups in the polyurethane prepolymer come into contact with moisture in the air, forming a tough, flexible, seamless rubber waterproof membrane on the surface of the substrate.

Usage Method
1. The substrate must be solid, flat, clean, free of dust and oil stains, and without standing water; detail treatment: seal the pipe roots; apply an additional waterproof layer on details such as corners and pipe roots.
2. The coating should be stirred evenly before use, and applied to the substrate with a rubber scraper and a large paint brush in 2-3 coats, with the direction of the last coat perpendicular to the previous coat.
3. The surface dry time of the coating is about 12 hours at room temperature, and the interval between each coating is based on the previous coat being non-tacky, generally requiring 2-3 coats, with a usage of 0.5-1.0 kg/㎡ per coat.
Scope of Application
Widely used for waterproofing, seepage prevention, and moisture-proofing in non-exposed roofs, bathrooms, underground waterproof projects, railways, highways, tunnels, and subways.
Precautions
1. During the storage period, a gel film may form on the liquid surface in the bucket, which is normal; it can be removed for normal use.
2. The coating in the bucket should be used up as much as possible after opening; otherwise, it should be sealed immediately to prevent curing in the bucket.

Packaging, Transportation, and Storage
1. Materials should be stored sealed and inverted, with stacking not exceeding four layers.
2. Place in a clean, dry, sealed iron container.
3. During transportation and storage, avoid sun exposure and rain, keep away from fire sources, prevent collisions, and ensure ventilation. Under normal transportation and storage conditions, the shelf life is six months.
4. Packaging specifications are 5kg/bucket, 20kg/bucket.
