Product Introduction
Zhuozhongzhizhong® G201 polymer cement waterproof coating is a high-elastic waterproof coating made from the latest room temperature rapid cross-linking technology, combined with high-elasticity acrylic copolymer emulsion and various specially formulated polymer additives. It can be used by mixing with cement in a certain proportion during construction. This waterproof coating has excellent impermeability, crack resistance, durability, and acid and alkali resistance. The product is non-toxic, environmentally friendly, and easy to apply, making it a new generation of environmentally friendly waterproof coating.

Usage Method
1. Base Treatment: The surface of the base should be flat, solid, free of honeycomb, rough surfaces, dust, oil stains, and other surface attachments. The corners should be rounded, and any defects in the base should be repaired before construction to meet waterproofing requirements.
2. Configuration and Application of Waterproof Coating: Mix in a weight ratio of emulsion: cement = 1:0.9, then roll the prepared coating 2-3 times, achieving the thickness required by waterproofing standards, with an interval of about 1-2 hours between each coat (specific adjustments should be made according to weather and environmental conditions, aiming for a non-sticky state).
3. Reinforcement Treatment: If reinforcement of the waterproof layer is needed, non-woven fabric or alkali-resistant fiberglass cloth can be used as the reinforcement.
4. Usage: 1-1.5kg/m²
Precautions
1. Cement should be 325# ordinary Portland cement or slag cement; early-strength cement or quick-setting cement is strictly prohibited.
2. Ingredients should be strictly mixed according to the ratio, stirred evenly, with a stirring time of no less than 5 minutes; manual stirring and adding water are prohibited.
Packaging, Transportation, and Storage
1. Packaging specifications are 5kg/bucket, 20kg/bucket, 25kg/bucket.
2. This product is an environmentally friendly coating and can be transported as general goods. During transportation, it should be protected from rain, sun exposure, freezing, squeezing, and collision, keeping the packaging intact.
3. This product should be stored in a dry, ventilated, cool place, with a suitable storage temperature of 5℃-40℃. The shelf life of this product is one year from the date of production under normal transportation and storage conditions.
Scope of Application
1. Can be used for waterproofing, leakage prevention, and moisture-proofing projects on roofs, exterior walls, kitchens, bathrooms, water pools, basements, tunnels, and roads.
2. Used for moisture-proofing and leakage prevention in porous materials such as aerated concrete and hollow bricks.
