Product Introduction
The Zhuozhongzhizhong brand WBF-603 polymer waterproof adhesive is a cement-based polymer composite waterproof material. It features high temperature resistance, freeze-thaw resistance, aging resistance, good waterproof performance, high bonding strength, and strong impermeability. It is economical, low-cost, easy to construct, and has stable quality, making it a multifunctional, high-performance, environmentally friendly new generation waterproof material widely used in the construction and decoration industries both domestically and internationally.
WBF-603 polymer waterproof adhesive is a single-component, dry powder product. During construction, just add an appropriate amount of water and mix it mechanically or manually for use. It has a long initial setting time, suitable for large area construction; a short final setting time, suitable for rainy season construction. The decorative polymer adhesive used for building facades is rich in color, stable in hue, and can be directly used as decorative paint or waterproof putty. Its impermeability, crack resistance, and durability are difficult to match with other organic coatings.
Scope of Application
1. Applicable to external walls, bathrooms, kitchens, swimming pools, water storage tanks, seepage prevention, moisture-proof projects, etc.
2. It is the preferred material for bonding tiles, marble, and other blocks, allowing waterproofing and bonding to be completed in one step.

Construction Method
Waterproof Project Construction:
1. Substrate Treatment: The substrate must be flat, solid, free of honeycombs, rough surfaces, oil stains, and other attachments. Defective areas should be repaired before construction to meet waterproof design requirements.
2. Mortar Preparation: By weight ratio, powder: water = 1:0.25-0.3, mix evenly into a paste without any lumps, and use after resting for 5-10 minutes. The mixed material should be used within 6 hours, and the construction temperature should not be lower than 5°C. (The amount of material depends on the actual working surface; do not mix too much at once to avoid waste.)
3. Construction Method: Use the prepared mortar to scrape a waterproof interface about 1-2mm thick on the substrate. After the interface is scraped, immediately scrape another layer of mortar (thickness about 2-3mm) in a 90° direction to the interface. It should be fully scraped and compacted to meet waterproof specifications. The waterproof layer can be exposed without the need for a protective layer.
4. Curing: When the surface of the waterproof layer turns white, it should be cured immediately. The curing period for the exposed waterproof layer should not be less than 3 days.
Facade Construction:
1. Substrate Treatment: The substrate must be flat, solid, free of oil stains and other attachments. Defective areas should be repaired before construction to meet specification requirements.
2. Construction Method: Mix according to the applicable ratio. When bonding stone slabs, the back of the slabs should be roughened (roughening area not less than 60%), and then use the double-sided coating method for bonding: that is, scrape a layer of polymer adhesive mortar (thickness about 3-4mm) on the cleaned substrate, and simultaneously scrape a layer of polymer adhesive mortar (thickness 2-3mm) on the back of the slab, bonding from the bottom up along the grid lines.

1. Safety
WBF-603 polymer waterproof adhesive uses environmentally friendly materials and does not contain harmful substances. If the product comes into contact with the eyes, it must be rinsed immediately with clean water.
2. Transportation
This product is a non-flammable and non-explosive material and can be transported as general cargo. During transportation, it should be protected from rain, avoid squeezing and collision, and keep the packaging intact.
3. Storage
The powder should be stored in a dry place, with a shelf life of 12 months.
4. Packaging
