Product Introduction
Zhuozhongzhizhong brand WBF-601 water impermeable (fast-setting type, slow-setting type) is made from special cement and various anti-seepage and leak-proof chemical additives, ground into a powder. It is a highly efficient inorganic waterproofing and leak-proofing material. During construction, it can be used by mixing with water in a certain proportion. This waterproof material has high moisture resistance, anti-seepage, and strong adhesion, with the outstanding feature of stopping leaks instantly even when water is present. The product is non-toxic and environmentally friendly, representing a new generation of eco-friendly waterproof materials.
Scope of Application
1. Suitable for leak-proofing and water-stopping in various underground buildings or structures, cable trenches, water pools, bathrooms, civil defense shelters, subways, tunnels, and other projects.
2. Emergency repairs for underground pipelines, water supply pipelines, embankments, and equipment foundations.
3. The preferred material for adhering tiles, mosaics, marble, and other blocks, allowing waterproofing and adhesion to be completed in one step.
Construction Method
1. Surface Treatment: The surface should be moist, firm, clean, and flat. Uneven areas should be leveled first (it is recommended to use "slow-setting water impermeable" with 2 times the weight of medium sand for leveling). If the surface has severe seepage, drainage holes should be drilled at appropriate locations to relieve pressure and concentrate the seepage.
2. Mixing: Mix "fast-setting water impermeable" in a powder to water ratio of 1:0.3~0.35 for about 1-1.5 minutes until a uniform (without lumps or clumps) paste is formed. The fast-setting mixture should not exceed 3 minutes until the end of construction (the slow-setting mixture should not exceed 5 minutes). Do not mix too much at once to avoid waste due to solidification.
3. Application: Clean the surface with water and dry it with a cloth before quickly applying the first layer; after the first layer hardens (no fingerprints left), dry the surface and apply the second layer until it is leak-proof. Apply with some force and spread back and forth several times to ensure a dense coating, while paying attention to overlaps. Total coating thickness: about 1.5cm for two layers; about 2.2cm for three layers, with a material usage of 1.2kg/㎡ per layer.
4. Moisture Maintenance: After the coating hardens (no fingerprints left), immediately carry out moisture maintenance. The first maintenance should be done carefully to avoid damaging the coating, with a total maintenance period of 2-3 days. Maintenance methods include spraying water, covering with wet materials, etc. In particularly humid areas (e.g., flooded basements), moisture maintenance can be omitted.

Precautions
1. When the temperature is below 10℃, for quick leak-proofing, warm water (around 40℃) can be used for mixing.
2. The product should be stored in a cool, dry warehouse, and protected from sunlight. Prevent damage to the packaging.
3. In humid environments, if there are large areas of visible water on the waterproof layer without construction quality issues, this is usually due to condensation from moisture, which will naturally disappear once the construction site dries.
4. Packaging Specification: Sealed in double-layer plastic bags, 24kg/box (2kg/bag), 25kg/box (5kg/bag).
