　　According to reports (Chen Shiying, Wang Ao, Deng Yi), from project design, land acquisition, site leveling, construction, equipment introduction to installation and production, it only took half a year. This is the "Shenzhen speed" created by Hubei Zhuozhong Zhizhong Chenwang Waterproof Materials Co., Ltd. in the Mudian Ceramic Industrial Park of Dangyang.
　　Hubei Zhuozhong Zhizhong Chenwang Waterproof Materials Co., Ltd. is a high-tech enterprise founded by Dangyang native entrepreneur Wang Huaisong in collaboration with Chongqing Chenwang New Building Materials Co., Ltd.
　　In 2002, Wang Huaisong left Dangyang and founded the high-tech enterprise "Shenzhen Zhuozhong Zhizhong Waterproof Technology Co., Ltd." at the forefront of China's reform and opening up. Over the past 12 years, he has worked hard in entrepreneurship, organizing an expert team in collaboration with several universities including Beijing University of Chemical Technology, boldly introducing and absorbing advanced technologies from home and abroad, and carrying out technological research. He overcame the construction waterproofing problem known as the "ancient difficulty" and successively developed four major series and nearly 20 types of new environmentally friendly waterproof materials, including polymer waterproof coatings, polymer self-adhesive waterproof membranes, inorganic waterproof sealing materials, and epoxy floor coatings, becoming a "rising star" and "leader" in the field of construction waterproofing. Their waterproof materials are widely used in large projects such as subways, tunnels, high-speed rail, bridges, highways, and civil defense, and are sold nationwide.
　　In January of this year, Wang Huaisong invested 60 million yuan and returned to his hometown in collaboration with Chongqing Chenwang New Building Materials Co., Ltd. to establish "Hubei Zhuozhong Zhizhong Chenwang Waterproof Materials Co., Ltd." Wang Huaisong said, "We returned to our hometown to start a business and give back to our fellow villagers, receiving great attention from the municipal party committee and government, and strong support from Municipal Party Secretary Zheng Tinggui and Mayor Zhang Shimin. The Municipal Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau also formed a project special team and designated personnel to provide close service, helping us solve problems."
　　Thoughtful support and close service improve efficiency. The municipal government and relevant departments completed land acquisition in the shortest time, handing over a 50-acre mountain area in the Mudian Ceramic Industrial Park of Dangyang to Hubei Zhuozhong Zhizhong Chenwang Waterproof Materials Co., Ltd. for construction. Wang Huaisong said, "During the project construction, the project special team of the Dangyang Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau provided close service, and relevant departments such as the Municipal Planning Bureau, Environmental Protection Bureau, Land Bureau, Industry and Commerce Bureau, National Tax Bureau, Local Tax Bureau, Safety Supervision Bureau, Technical Supervision Bureau, Investment Promotion Bureau, Civil Affairs Bureau, and Finance Bureau actively cooperated, assisting us in handling various licenses and approval procedures in the shortest time and fastest speed, ensuring the smooth start and efficient progress of the project."
　　With the strong support of the municipal party committee and government and the cooperation of various municipal departments, Wang Huaisong was able to focus on construction. On the eve of the Spring Festival, Zhuozhong Zhizhong Chenwang Waterproof Materials Co., Ltd. broke ground. During construction, Wang Huaisong prioritized building the factory before the office and dormitory buildings, quickly erecting a production workshop and storage building covering 38,000 square meters.
　　In project construction and equipment introduction, Wang Huaisong ensured a "high starting point," aiming for "world-leading, rare in the country," and introduced two production lines for polymer waterproof coatings and polymer self-adhesive waterproof membranes, carrying out civil construction while introducing equipment and installing and debugging it. Currently, the production capacity has basically formed to produce 22,000 tons of polymer waterproof coatings and 20 million square meters of polymer self-adhesive waterproof membranes annually.
　　From the project landing to the upcoming production, it only took half a year. Dangyang Municipal Party Secretary Zheng Tinggui praised Wang Huaisong: "You have created an amazing 'Shenzhen speed' in Dangyang." Wang Huaisong sincerely said, "In Dangyang, I truly felt the strong development atmosphere of 'project construction first, entrepreneurs are the top priority.' All levels and departments are closely serving the project, so we certainly have to run faster!" At that time, during the interview, we also genuinely felt that Wang Huaisong had another thought in his heart, which is: time waits for no one, giving back to his hometown, and sprinting in the field of construction waterproofing!
