Synopsis: With the joint efforts of the Zhuozhong Waterproof Research Team and the expert team from Hubei University of Technology, after nearly a year of repeated discussions, formulations, and experiments, and comparing with existing non-curing materials on the market, through continuous improvement and enhancement of the formula, Zhuozhong's ZZW® non-curing rubber asphalt waterproof coating was successfully launched in late 2016 and officially put into market use on November 15, 2016.

Zhuozhong's ZZW® non-curing rubber asphalt waterproof coating is made from high-quality petroleum asphalt, functional polymer modifiers, and special additives through scientific optimization. This product has the characteristic of not curing after long-term contact with air, always maintaining a viscous gel-like state, with strong self-healing ability, instant adhesion upon contact, and difficulty in peeling off, maintaining good bonding performance even at -25°C; it can solve the problem of cracking, fatigue damage, or premature aging of the waterproof layer caused by stress transfer from the cracked substrate to the waterproof layer. At the same time, the viscosity of the creep material allows it to effectively seal the capillary pores and cracks of the substrate, addressing the issue of water seepage in the waterproof layer; it can also solve the compatibility issues when using waterproof membranes and waterproof coatings together, making it a new generation of environmentally friendly waterproof coatings.

Synopsis: From July 19 to 21, 2024, the preliminary round of the 2024 National Construction Waterproofing Industry Vocational Skills Competition for the South China region, hosted by the China Construction Waterproofing Association and the Shenzhen Waterproofing Industry Association, was successfully held at the Shenzhen Special Economic Zone Construction Vocational Skills Training School. Liu Zuguo and Yan Qin from Zhuozhong Waterproof Group were invited to participate in the waterproofing worker and physical performance inspector competitions, respectively, and both won the second prize.
