Shenzhen Civic Center, located in the Futian District of downtown Shenzhen, covers an area of 910,000 square meters, bordered by Lianhua Mountain to the north and facing the Shenzhen Central Business District to the south. The interior space design is by J&A Jiang Feng Interior Design Co., Ltd.; the architectural design is by the American firm Lee Timchula Architects, with a total construction area of 210,000 square meters and a total investment of 2.5 billion RMB.

The Shenzhen Bantian North International School project is located in the Beiluo Keng area of Bantian Street, Longgang District, Shenzhen. To the east is a reservoir, to the west are existing buildings, and to the north is a mountain. The total land area is over 50,000 square meters, and the total building area is over 140,000 square meters. The project is constructed by Shenzhen China Railway Second Engineering Bureau Co., Ltd., and the construction unit is the Longgang District Construction Engineering Bureau of Shenzhen. The waterproof material brand for the waterproofing project is "Zhuozhongzhizhong".
