The government plans to invest 3 billion to enhance the landscape belt along the Danshui River, with plans to construct a 50-meter-wide green leisure park and walking paths along the river. On the west side of the project, the government has planned a 560,000 square meter South City Park, which is just a road away from our project. It is within walking distance to the Hong Kong 27-hole Palm Island Golf Course, the nearly 1 million square meter Huiyang Sports and Culture Park, and the 160,000 square meter municipal square, which is also the core living area of Huiyang District.
